LPG Endermologie® and the effects on beauty

How does it work?
The 3 main components of the skin are collagen, elastin and Hyaluronic acid. As we age, the production of these decreases and so this is when we start to see the signs of ageing, diet, environment and medical conditions are also a factor.
LPG Endermologie® gently stimulates the fibroblast within the dermis, resulting in an increase in the production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. Clinical studies carried out by Professor Phillip Humbert have found that there is an increase of Elastin by 46% and Hyaluronic acid by 80%.
Elastin is responsible for the tonicity of this skin whilst Hyaluronic acid helps to maintain moisture within the skin and collagen is what gives the skin its volume and plumpness.
Endermologie® treatments also help with reduction of excess fat and cellulite, specifically subcutaneous fat, this fat sits just under the skin. It doesn’t influence visceral fat, this is the fat that wraps around the organs.
Cellulite is a normal reaction to enlarged fat cells pushing against the connective tissue within the dermis, it can often appear more or less sever with water retention.
Endermolologie® causes a negative pressure on the fat cell, this causes a chemical reaction within the cell releasing the fatty acids and toxins, causing a process called lipolysis, this process reduces the overall volume of fat in the area applied.
